Wallet & Refund Policy

Wallet credits

Wallet credits are pre-paid balance, not refundable to your card. You top up in U.S. dollar increments of $10 (minimum $10). Each deposit creates a separate “lot” with its own expiry.

Expiration

Each lot expires 90 days from the date it was added. Expired credits are not recoverable.

Spending order

Scans are paid out of the wallet FIFO — the oldest non-expired lot is consumed first. This minimizes the risk of credits expiring unused.

Failed scans

If a scan fails after dispatch (agents error, repository unreachable, etc.), the charged amount is automatically credited back to your wallet as a new lot. It is not refunded to your card.

Subscriptions

Starter and Pro subscriptions deposit a monthly credit to your wallet and apply a discount (20% Starter, 28% Pro) to every scan while active. Cancelling stops new deposits and removes the discount, but existing wallet credits retain their 90-day validity.
